My character, Obsidian, in his "evolved dragonoid" form - or at least, the first sketch, run through PSP7, with one of my personal icons as a background/watermark. The sketch itself should eventually become a finished piece, but this has come out rather well.

I'm sure someone will scream "anthro" and complain that this is in the wrong section, but Obsidian is a dragon foremost, and a mage and shapechanger second, who has a liking for the human form - consider this a "halfway-house".

Oddly enough, the background icon gives a fair idea of how big Obsidian's natural form - a shadow-obsidian dragon - is, but doesn't give much idea about the rest of him. Obsidian's race are, buildwise, the cheetahs of the dragon world, where most are tigers or leopards.
